The Bentsen Palm RV Park Workamper Program is designed as a seasonal volunteer opportunity which will enable the BPRVP to staff and support the park at Mission, Texas. If you are a couple or an individual who has a strong work ethic, enthusiasm to interact with our residents, and the ability to work in teams as well as independently, our Workamper opportunities may be a great fit for you!
This program is geared to people who are able to live on-site in their own RV. In exchange for workamping, participants in the program will be given free onsite accommodations. The Bentsen Palm RV Park is able to provide sites with full hook-ups, access to laundry facilities, trash removal, and wi-fi. The workamping program allows for couples or singles to work year round. These positions in beautiful Rio Grande valley are in high demand, so apply early.
Workampers are selected depending on a variety of factors. We understand that a major draw for Workampers is to learn new skills, see new places and meet new people. We look forward to assembling a staff comprised of individuals who bring with them a wide variety of skills and life experiences. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key. Positions include maintenance and house keeping. Electric and plumbing experience greatly desired. We do our best to assign positions that allow each Workamper to utilize their strengths, interests, and previous work experiences so that we are able to offer the best possible services to our guests. Schedules are flexible with 16 hours a week per couple or single.
