  • We accept checks, money orders, and all credit cards drawn from U.S. and Canadian banks.
    There will be a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions.
  • We do not accept cash payments.
  • 6+6 Rates are based on six consecutive months of occupancy and six consecutive months of vacancy and you can leave a shed, RV, Park Model, or Mobile Home.
  • Electricity is billed at 0.16 cents per kWh

    Security deposit information for rental units:

    To reserve a rental unit there is a $300.00 security deposit. This will be refunded minus the final electric bill.

    • If the unit is left clean and all furnishings and supplies are present, your refund will be mailed within 30 days.
    • $200 Non-Refundable deposit for pets.
    • Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed.
    • No cats.
    • There is a three-day grace period on rent.
    • $10 per day late fee.
    • We accept checks, money orders, and all credit cards drawn from U.S. and Canadian banks.
